This course has been designed to meet the minimum recommended level of spill response training for anyone who may have to respond to an oil spill, as well as for members of WCSS who may have missed an annual Oil Spill Cooperative training exercise. The course provides spill responders with basic practical information that will help them to respond quickly and appropriately to a liquid hydrocarbon spill on both land and water.
