Hydrocarbon spills to a small water environment are the most likely scenario to be faced by our member companies where conventional spill response equipment that can be obtained through WCSS will be required.  Still, this module will explore other options that may available on-hand while responders are waiting for equipment to arrive.  

This course is Part 2 of the Oil Spill Containment & Recovery in a Small Water Body coop exercise - completion of the WCSS Orientation being Part 1.  Once a learner has been certified in both online training components, attendance at the associated field exercise is the final step to ensure that regulatory requirements are met for WCSS member companies.

OSCAR in a Small Water Body will take approximately 30 minutes to complete, with knowledge checks that are incorporated throughout. At the completion of this module, the learner will be able to download or print their own certificate.
